Time Flys Fast

I know it has been a while since I posted but summer has been good to me. Until this week, the weather has been great for training. We did have a few hot humid days which has warm up the lake for open water swimming. In another, 4 weeks the kids will be going back to school. It is amazing how time flies when you are having fun. Fall is the time to transition from triathlons to running distance races. Staying focus during the summer is easy do to all the groups training triathlons. But that can end quickly in September when you don’t plan your fall races. Try a new race. Sharon and I signed up for an endurance trail race in New Hampshire which is new for us. We have started putting the miles, hills and trails in now.

Signing up now for you fall adventure will keep you motivated through the fall.

Enjoy the summer now before it ends
