Running Friends

Running friends are more than a friend. They are your therapists. They are there in good and bad races. They get you through the long endless miles. They push you when you are tired. They celebrate your victories. What friend will put up with your antics to get those miles done in training and go to races in good and bad weather? Your family thinks you are crazy but your running friends know the secret why we run.

I thank Sharon and Ami to push me through Sunday’s Half Marathon on a rainy day because they are my friends.
