Just Do It

Today, it was a beautiful day to be outside after 8 days of rain in the northeast. First, I ran with the ladies this morning for 11 miles. As I was driving home after the run, this yen came over me to go bike. I knew it would be a while until another nice weather day to bike. A quick change and ate lunch then off to ride. The first couple of miles were hard, since I haven’t done a double in a month. I just relaxed and enjoyed the fall foliage. Next thing, I started to speed up but was that the wind pushing me.  I just let go and have fun. When I finished I felt happy and contented. I know I will sleep tonight.

The moral to the story, when you have a yen, as the Nike advertisement say’s: Just Do It!
