The start of the New Years is a time to reflect the last year’s accomplishments. In those accomplishments, what did you do in the training to improve and what needs to improve? I found my running and bike mileage were about equal for the total mileage for the year and I ran faster and stronger in previous years. 2. Tracks the actual mileage for each pair of running shoes to prevent injury.
  3. Keeps you honest with your training.
