Running Boot Camp
This program is for Runners, Triathletes or anyone wanting to improve endurance and performance.
- Mondays: 6:00 – 7:00 PM

- Members $96 Non-members: $116
Workouts are outside and will include speed workouts.

Triathlon Team Training
The Triathlon Training program will include the following:
- Workouts will be emailed weekly including swim workouts.
- Pool and open water swimming workouts.
- Bike and run workouts to focus on speed and form.
- Endurance workouts to focus on practicing triathlons and transitions.

- Mondays: Time: 6-7 PM Focus: Running
- Tuesdays:
- In April, Time 9 AM in Latitude pool and run
- Mid May, Time 8 AM, Lake Gardner Amesbury, MA
- Thursdays:
- In April, 7 PM in Latitude pool
- Mid May 6:30 PM at Lake Gardner Amesbury, MA
- Saturdays: Lake Gardner Amesbury, MA.
- In April, Time 9 AM Bricks (Bike/Run)
- Mid May, Time 8 AM Swim and short bike or run
Class Dates: 4/29/2013-7/25/2013
