As I have been making my life simpler, I feel happier with the littlest things. Try to do my meditation at least 5-6 days a week for 10-15 minutes in the morning. This morning I did my usual meditation for vitality. Then, I went for run in the town where I live with a new pair of running shoes. From the first step, my legs just wanted to spin and spring forward. It was cloudy with some sprinkles and sun but it didn’t matter. All the cars stop for me to cross the road. Some residents wave good morning in downtown area.
When I finished, my time for the 5 miles gave me hope to be fast again. I felt that calm of peace and harmony. The experience of the run made me happy!
