Holidays can be stressful if you let it be. Prioritize what is important to you. Me it is family, friends and my workouts. Yes, my workouts. It makes me sane and more fun. When I finish my swim, bike and/or run, I feel those endorphins creating the pleasure and sanity for the craziness around me. I am more pleasurable. If you only have 5 minutes then meditate. Make time for you. Don’t let the craziness and stress of holidays get you but do what makes you happy and fun. Enjoy the holidays!
