What Are Your Goals for 2014?

As we start 2014, many decide on their New Year’s Resolution. Resolution should be replace with Goals. When you say goals, you will accomplish the goal(s). Look back at 2013, what you accomplish and what you didn’t accomplish. Write down each goal you accomplish and how and why did you achieve it. Now write down each goal you didn’t accomplish and why you didn’t achieve it. This list will be your Yes and Not of 2013. Now write down your goals for 2014. Next to each goal write down how you will accomplish that goal. Use your 2013 Yes and Not list to help you accomplish the goal. I always believe “If there is a will, there is a way”.

Sometimes, we will need outside help from our family, a personal trainer and/or coach, which will improve your chances to accomplish your goal.

I wish you good luck in achieving your goals for 2014. Happy New Year!
