Spring Has Finally Sprung

Here in New England, spring has finally sprung. Boston Marathon is in 2 weeks. The weather has finally turned in a good way with some warmth. Trails still have ice which it will be 2 weeks before we can run. I cannot remember a winter that will never end, not with just snow but the extreme cold.

Bike in the bike shop for tune-up . After 4 months on the trainer, I am ready to be ready to ride on the roads. I am ready to run the trails too but will wait.

I decided this year is my year to go the distance. Tomorrow half marathon leading up to the Pineland 25K Trail race end of next month. Then to top it off, Punkinman Half Ironman in September. I know I can do it because I have done it before. The big but is interruptions from work and family. Training helps me keep sane and calm through the stress of everyday life and work. I know accomplishing these goals my runners and triathletes will realize they can do it too.

Stay tune as I blog my progress of my training.
