Last Saturday, it was the Dam Sprint Triathlon. Latitude Triathlon Team have been training the last couple months for the race for the race. We had couple new triathletes and a few season pros. The weather was perfect, no wind and temperatures in mid 70s to low 80s. Brenda, Kate, Michele and Rick waited for team members to finishing their first to give high-fives. Beth, Denise and Mary Lee were so excited finishing their first triathlon that they are ready for the next triathlon. The season athletes did PRs for the race. Best part of the day, the team was cohesiveness. Below are pictures of some of the team before and after the race:
