The New Year, The New You

I track my workouts in a spreadsheet which make me a little crazy with numbers but here are my totals for 2014:
Swam 68 miles
Bike 1820 miles (this includes spin and bike on trainer)
Run 938 miles

Now it is time to look forward for 2015. You can look at 2014 races at what you want to improve your New You for the New Year! Don’t look at 2014 as bad but as good.

For 2015, I still haven’t decided or committed on races. I do want to do triathlons but in the back of my mind I am thinking a 50K ultra. Races make me focus but goals puts me on the correct path with training regiment. One goal is to get my thyroid working correctly to keep my energy up. Another goal do more bricks to make my run off the bike faster. Another goal is to get stronger to get faster. As you can see speed is my pattern for my goal. Age does not defy your speed it is how you train!

What goals are committed for your 2015 races? Move forward for your New You for the New Year.
