Meditate to reach your goals

Siri is so right on this. When it comes to long distance events, it becomes a mental. You can do all the training but if you are not in the right place mentally you will not accomplish your goal. Miranda won the 2014 Ironman World Championship with a 12 minute deficit on the bike.

Starting tomorrow night at 7 pm, I will be doing a 2 part Recovery & Well-Being Program at Latitude Sports Clubs in Salisbury.
Tomorrow’s class is Meditation
In the class you will learn:
Different meditations and how to visualize your race scenarios.
Meditate:
Lower Blood Pressure
Reduce and Stop Migraines
Reduce Stress
Gain Clarity
Location: Kinesis Studio
Monday 7:00-8:00 PM
