New Year, New You

I started my 2016 on the right running/triathlon foot. I have started setting goals by selecting races. Picked my big A races, Punkinman Half Ironman and maybe an Ultra 50K, then work backwards picking other races that allow enough recovery and training time between them. Some of these race will be test B races and some C training races. Now I can create my training plan. What are your A, B and C races?

After the holidays, it is hard to get back on the training regimen. One way, you can do group training classes, master swim and ask your friends to train with you. Here are some classes starting this week that will inspire and motivate you to be correct path of your training:

Running Boot Camp Starts this Wednesday at 6 PM:
Be ready to work hard and have running shoes on.

Triathlon Swim Program starts this week:

This class will build your swim endurance, improve your form and have you ready for triathlon season. These classes fill up.
Tuesdays at 7 am – 4 slots available
After the swim you can join us for a short run outside or on track depending on weather.
Saturdays at 8:30 am – 3 slots available
After the swim you can join us for a spin/gym bike and short run on the track to practice your bricks.
