Correct Form

Yesterday morning at Latitude, I was observing a member doing a Dead lift in bad form. I ask her how she learned the exercise. Her answer: she saw other members doing it. That disturbs us fitness professionals because she could have gotten hurt. First, I ask the member if she has a bad back which Dead Lifts can make it worst. She said no. I did show her proper form which she said that she felt it more in the correct muscle groups and thank me. The Personal Trainers in your gym/sports Club are there to help you and want to help you. Hiring a Certified Personal Trainer is money invested in your health. They will give you the correct exercises that will help you reach your fitness goals and teach you proper form.
