Latitude Indoor Triathlon Series Hint #4

We are officially into the fourth week of training for our triathlon series. Everyone enrolled will be starting their build phase. This week, we will continue to work on form and efficiency for each sport and will add some speed workouts. This week’s training will look like this: Tuesday swim 35 minutes (warm up 200 yards/4×100 yards at 60% effort/4×50 yards at 70% effort/cool down 100 yards); Wednesday Spin Class 45 minutes follow with transition run 10 minutes; Friday Run (4 x (run 8 minute/walk 1 minute)); Saturday swim 35-40 repeat Tuesday’s workout; Sunday Bike 30 minutes follow with transition Run (3 x (run 8 minute/walk 1 minute)).
