Latitude Indoor Triathlon Series Hint #5

We are officially into the 5th week of training for our triathlon series. Everyone enrolled will be in their build phase. This week, we will continue to work on form and efficiency for each sport and will add some speed workouts. This week’s training will look like this: Tuesday swim 35 minutes (warm up 200 yards/2×150 yards at 60-65% effort/3×100 yards at 75% effort/cool down 100 yards); Wednesday Spin Class 45 minutes follow with transition run 12 minutes; Friday Run (4 x (run 10 minute/walk 1 minute)); Saturday swim 35-40 repeat Tuesday’s workout; Sunday Bike 30 minutes follow with transition Run (2 x (run 10 minute/walk 1 minute)).
