Latitude Indoor Triathlon Series Hint #6


We are officially into the 6th week of training for our triathlon series. Everyone enrolled will be in their build phase. This week, we will work on endurance for each sport and will add some speed workouts. This week’s training will look like this: Tuesday swim 35 minutes (warm up 200 yards/(300/200yards build each 50y slow to fast)/3×100 yards at 70-75% effort/cool down 100 yards); Wednesday Spin Class 45 minutes follow with transition run 15 minutes; Friday Run (3 x (run 12 minute/walk 1 minute)); Saturday swim 35-40 repeat Tuesday’s workout; Sunday Bike/spin 45 minutes follow with transition Run (2 x (run 12 minute/walk 1 minute)).
