Latitude Indoor Triathlon Series Hint #7

We are officially into the 7th week of training for our triathlon series. Everyone enrolled will be in their build phase. This week, we will continue building endurance for each sport and will add some speed workouts. This week’s training will look like this: Tuesday swim 35 minutes (warm up 400 yards /(300/200 yards 65-70% effort)/(100 yards at 70-75% effort)t/cool down 100 yards); Wednesday Spin Class 45 minutes follow with transition run 20 minutes; Friday Run (2 x (run 15 minutes/walk 1 minute)); Saturday swim 15 minutes continuously then Bike/spin 30-45 minutes; Sunday Run a 5K or run (2 x (run 15 minutes/walk 1 minute)).
