Indoor Triathlon Series Training Hint #9

We are officially into the 9th week of training for our indoor triathlon series. Everyone enrolled will be in their last week of build phase. This week’s training will look like this: Tuesday swim 40 minutes (warm up 300 yards /2 x 100y 70-75% effort/2 x 150 yards at 65-70% effort/2 x 200y at 70-75% effort)/cool down 100 yards); Wednesday Spin Class or bike 30-45 minutes follow with transition run 20 minutes; Friday Run (run 25 minutes/walk 1 minute/run 15 minutes)); Saturday swim 900y or 20 minutes continuously then Spin or Bike 45 minutes; Sunday Bike 30 minutes follow with transition run 30 minutes.
